Responsibilities: 

The Advancement Database Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of database management for the components of advancement: fundraising, alumni and constituent relations, and admissions/enrollment, including reporting, prospect management, gift recording, data integrity, and security.

Qualifications: 

In addition to a bachelor’s degree, the successful candidate must have excellent computer/information systems skills and an understanding of how technology increases efficiency and effectiveness. Must be able to maintain a high level of quality with all aspects of the position and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in advancement and an understanding of advancement operations, strategies and techniques, as well as experience with fundraising software systems is a plus.
